Yes! We specialize in creating personalized trips. Contact us or schedule a call with us, and our expert travel team can create a personalized itinerary with activities, accommodations, and transportation options specifically designed for you.
Private tours offer a much more personalized experience for you and your group. Travel, discover, and enjoy the experience at your own pace. You are able to choose a private tour of all our experiences upon check out but if you need any extra service or a more personalized trip please contact us to find out your preferences and the dates of your trip.
For all our shared tours, we’ll pick you up directly at your accommodation if it is located in the Central Zone of Merida. If your accommodation is outside the Central Zone, we will ask you to come to the previously agreed meeting point.
If it is a private tour, we’ll pick you up directly at your accommodation previously specified.
All detailed information, including location and start time, will be provided when confirming your reservation.

Yes! Most of our tours are available in Spanish and English. If you need a certified guide in another language, we are able to provide that for you! Contact us for more information.
Most of our tours are suitable for all ages, but some activities may have restrictions. Please check under each experience if age restrictions apply.
Yes, all our tours have expert and certified local guides who will provide you with detailed and enriching information about the destinations you will visit.
At the time of completing your purchase, your reservation will be confirmed automatically, and you will receive a booking confirmation email. If you need to make any changes, you can do so through our email or contact number.
For shared services, cancellations can be made with at least 72 hours in advance of the service to avoid any additional fees.
For private services, cancellations will vary depending on the type of service provided. Please review our cancellation policies to learn more about this.
To request a refund, you can send an email to info@caliza.com indicating your reservation number and the reasons for the request. We will respond to you within a maximum period of 48 hours.
Children under 5 years old do not pay, as long as they sit on their parents’ lap. If the child occupies a seat, he/she will be charged half a ticket. Entrance fees will also depend on the type of tour specified.
It is necessary to bring the receipt as proof that you have made the purchase and the number of passengers. It can be displayed in digital format: on your smartphone or tablet.
We recommend bringing Mexican Pesos in cash, as in many archaeological sites, USD or Euros are not accepted, or bank connectivity can be limited.
